Direct MyAnimeList scraper — replaces Jikan for everything below. Cached, rate-limited to one request in flight at a time.

Supplementary metadata and art. All three "anime art" endpoints (/anilist/anime, /tmdb/anime, /kitsu/anime) return the same shape so they're interchangeable as fallbacks.

400	Bad Request	Missing or invalid params
404	Not Found	Anime/episode not on that source
429	Rate Limited	60 req/min — slow down

500	Server Error	Scrape failed — site HTML may have changed
